Federation of Aromatherapists, and a member of the British based International

Patricia Hall offers professional massages to help you relax and restore
your natural equilibrium. Massages are done with essential oils designed
with your needs in mind. |
| Aromatherapy |
|
Aromatherapy deals with the mind and emotions, as well as the skin
and body by using essential oils extracted from the roots, leaves,
resins, bark, flowers, seeds or the rinds of fruits, each essence
having its own personality and set of attributes. The molecular composition
of the essences allows them to easily penetrate the skin, helping
to stimulate circulation, lymph flow and the detoxification and revitalization
of the cells. |
| Reflexology |

Reflexology is a compression technique used to stimulate reflex points
on the feet or hands. Reflexology restores the body's lot balance
by stimulating these points to cause a relaxation in the corresponding
body part, improve circulation and promote the natural function of
the related area. |
